繼上次介紹過 itsu 之後, 我們再來另一間在英國也很出名的日式東亞風味的快餐連鎖店 - Wasabi

先說一下背景資料: 
Wasabi 是一家由韓國企業家 Dong Hyun Kim 於 2003 年在倫敦創立的快餐連鎖店, 總部位於英國, 現時大概有40多間分店, 主要集中在倫敦區。倫敦區 Zone 1 的 Wasabi 和 itsu 就像港台的便利店一樣, 總有一家在附近   (地圖都密集到聚成看不清分店位置了)

Wasabi 主要提供日式壽司和東亞風味(韓、中、泰) 的便當, 以及其他風味小吃。

重點是 Wasabi 的素食款式超吸引啊!!  這是最吸引素食小影的地方

大家看清楚標示就會知道哪個是葷是素

隨了在店中購買或堂食外, 我們還可以在超市買到 Wasabi 的食品, 大家可以找找看~

包裝上有建議烹調方式, 營養成份等資訊

咖哩汁是跟飯和炸物分別擺放的, 可延長食物的保存期

依指示放到微波爐或焗爐翻熱就可以了
味道非常不錯 咖哩是日式的那種香而不辣  南瓜也很大片
有機會會再買來吃的
